What are the requirements for Grant applications?
While every Grant has different specific requirements, they all require a well thought out, reasonable business plan.

You will need to prepare a business plan that addresses the following topics:

              Marketing strategy
              Operational plan
              Cash Flow Analysis
              Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis
              Human resource plan
              Social responsibility plan
              E-business strategy
              Financial forecasts and other information
              Business exit strategy

Your plan needs to be optimistic, while at the same time remaining realistic.
